will my motherboard support rx 470

i have i3 2120 3.3Ghz processor, Intel H61 chipset , expansion slot:1PCIe 3.0x16,1PCIe 2.0x1....will it support rx 470 4gb .....I currently have r7 240 4gb ddr3

Yes the PCIe 3.0 x 16 slot should be fine for a 470. The only thing to keep in mind- a RX 470 needs external power as well as power from the slot (whereas your current 240 doesn't), so you'll need to check that your power supply has the required 6 or 8 pin power connector (the power connector used on the RX 470 will depend on the specific model / manufacturer).

If you can post your make / model of your power supply I can check it's suitable (the 470 doesn't use that much power so a reasonable 450 - 500W PSU should be fine).
