Which one is best for gaming?

As said above, the first option is more powerful. However, in terms of value for money, I'd probably go with the 2nd one (assuming the $0 4770 is something you already own?). Also, no need to go with the liquid cooler for the 4770, something like a 212 EVO or Cryorig H7 would be more than enough because you won't be overclocking (don't really need a Z series motherboard either). Although you could definitely get away with a cheaper cooler with the 6700k as well.
