I bought one of these devices that comes with the dongle, remote, and antenna. I am looking for some recommendations on the best ways to use this device? It comes with a CD but not yet sure if that includes any software or just drivers. I have seen where some people are using them wtih VLC player.
I will be setting this up for myself as well as my parents, which are not tech savy. I want them to have it purely for bad weather when the power is out, so simplicity on that front will be important.
