Getting Kinda Low Fps On Gtx 1080 (maybe bottleneck)

Hello guys, i was having great fps with gtx 1080 for a while but when i played ghost recon wildlands beta i had 30-60 fps and i thought it was a optimization problem so i didnt care that much but today i played black desert online and i am having 40-60 fps on very high graphics and my friend having stable 60fps with gtx 1080 so what could the problem be?(vsync is on)

My System:
-Gtx 1080 Evga Superclocked GPU
-i7-4770 3.40 GHz CPU
-EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2 PSU
-Asus H87-Pro Motherboard
-16 GB RAM

Download HWmonitor or MSIafterburner and compare cpu to gpu usage ratio.

how should my cpu to gpu usage ratio be? like more cpu usage and low gpu usage?

As high as possible at the same level, perfect would be 100 / 100 but its never be like this. But it should be as high as possible to 100% for both cpu and gpu.

It doesnt always mean something wrong with your system, its just a game that suck more juice from cpu than gpu.
