Hello!
So I'm new to PC building and I want to upgrade my PC. I've (motherboard) GIGABYTE GA-H81M-D2V (http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-H81M-D2V-rev-10#ov) and I want to upgrade to XFX Radeon™ RX 480 8GB (http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/products/amd-radeon-rx-400-series/rx-480-gtr-black-8gb-dd-led-rx-480p8dba6). Will it fit? And I've 500 W PS!

Thanks for helping out!

Solution
Yes, your motherboard will support the latest graphic cards. As for will it fit? Well yes, it will fit the motherboard, graphic cards use the PCIe 16x slots which you have. Just make sure your case has enough room for the length of the card.

Solution
Yes your motherboard supports it.

Now the "if it fits it will support it" mindset of motherboards and GPU is not necessarly true due to the newest generation of GPUs no longer supporting legacy (pre UEFI) BIOS.

In your case your mobo has UEFI bios so you are good.

Yes, good advice for anyone else looking at this thread. My reply about it fitting the mobo was simply in response to the op question about would it fit.
