How can I remove a pencil lodged in the cavity of my printer?

A pencil was between the sheets of a stack of paper placed on top of the Canon Pixma MX472 printer. It eventually dislodged and rolled into the ADF (Auto Document Feeder) output slot. I discovered this sometime later when I attempted to print, and the paper would not feed. Before my discovery I was using the printer, it performed normally. After removing the stack from the load tray and looking for a paper jam, I saw that the blockage was the pencil lodged in the cavity of the printer. I assumed the constant vibrations cause it to fall deeper inside.
Help.
Thanks

I've tried this, but there is no documentation regarding this situation. Thanks for the suggestion

This was my first consideration. I’ve located a video on YouTube demonstrating the disassembling of a Canon Pixma printer. It may or may not be helpful.

Yes, there is enough room. However, it gave us an idea. We drilled a hole in one end of a long slender stick, threaded a double strand of carpet thread through the hole and tied it into a loop. Fortunately, the pencil was not jammed tightly in the printer. So, we were able to pass the loop over one end of the pencil to easily pull it out. The printer functions correctly.
Thanks sincerely for your help.
