OS: Windows 10

Currently I am using an Asus X99 Sabertooth Motherboard (https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_X99/) without Bluetooth capabilities installed. The motherboard does not mention anything of Bluetooth, reviews of the motherboard include the fact that there is no Bluetooth capabilities installed, and I have checked two different ways for Bluetooth radio, it most definitely is not included on this motherboard.

Primarily, i'm looking into getting a Steel Series Arctis 7, a wireless headset, and adding Bluetooth to my desktop for very competitive gaming. Though, I am currently finding issues with Bluetooth adapters, such as non-stop lag in audio when using USB adapters. If anyone is knowledgeable on this topic and think they can guide me in the right direction on how to add Bluetooth to my desktop, please help! <3

NOTE: I would love any compatible cards with my motherboard, I know little about them. If it has to be a wifi/bluetooth card that is also fine, as currently I am using Ethernet running through the roof of my house with tape! C:
