Solution
You'll probably need an adapter or antenna but you should be fine on sound. Even if it does come with an antenna you should get something like a Netgear AC600 because it has 10/100/1000 mbps and can also sense more types of signals.

Solution
1. In most instances the MoBo manufacturer would include a decent sound solution (ALC 1150 / 1220) for gaming. With Z170, most manufacturers provided this down to about the $90 price range... Asus OTOH substituted ALC 892 and even 887 below the $150 price point. The solution here was not to buy a sound card with one of these boards, just to buy a board in your price range from another manufacturer that gave you ALC 1150.

The Asus PRIME B250-PLUS uses ALC 887 which is the cheapest sound solution available on the marketplace.

The MSI B250 Gaming M3 and MSI gaming Pro both have ALC 1220 as does the Gigabyte GA-H270-Gaming 3

2. As for wireless on a desktop, it is not recommended. Most routers come with 4 LAN ports as a minimum; you should want to use a cable for your desktop so as to enjoy the superior performance. Im sitting about 6 feet from my router.

Desktop w/ Cable - 216.76 Mb/s
Laptop w/ WiFi 76.02 Mbps
