Hey guys so I just did my first ever pc build yesterday and I am having a tremendous amount of problems when trying to load my Windows 10 usb. Basically what is happening is that my computer starts just fine with no usb plugged in. I am able to access the bios and everything seems to be working properly. My ssd is visible my RAM is visible in the right locations all my fans are spinning my cpu appears just fine and at a temp of 28C. My graphics card is also shown basically everything seems fine. THEN I restart my computer with the windows usb inserted into the motherboard port(I have also tried the case ports) and it takes part way through the setup lets me choose a language, which version I want, asks me if I have a key. Then it gets to the part where i choose which memory I want to install it on and so I pick my ssd and once I hit install computer instantly restarts and does the process over again...I have no iea what is going on I have tried reseating my ram and my cpu cooler and still nothing. I went through and unplugged all my cables and re inserted them and now when i try it cant even get that far it begins to load the first windows screen and then restarts. Does anyone have a clue as to whats happening.

Parts:
Asus Z170-A motherboard
Samsung 850 Evo ssd 1tb
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16gb 3000MHz
intel i7-6700k cpu
EVGA supernova 850w PSU
Geforce 8g 1070 GPU

Ok so after many hours of troubleshooting I have solved the problem. My case had a bad wire and was shorting my motherboard every time is went under load. new case and problem solved windows booted right up. I highly recommend building your computer outside of your case if you run into similar problems.

I first tried creating my own bootable flash and it didn't work I thought maybe the same thing especially because I have a mac so I was worried that might have affected it. So i went and bought one made by Microsoft and same thing..
