Will my motherboard and memory be compatible with each other?

My motherboard is Asus Maximus viii Formula while my memory will be cosair vengeance led 32gb (4x8Gb) 3200mhz DDR4. Did somebody has this specific hardware built already and had any problems? I already bought the motherboard but not the memory yet. I am also aware that this memory is compatible with my mb specifications but not listed it as my motherboard's qualified vendors list for memory, as per website support. So, can aybody tell me if it has any problems like its unstable, cant run xmp, or cant reach the advertized mhz? Anything?

The 3200 MHz RAM on that motherboard is only shown as being an overclocked setting. Overclocking, by definition, is working outside the guaranteed specifications. No one, whether they own a similar system or not, can guarantee you that it will work. It will depend on the specific motherboard and RAM modules you receive.

That said, ASUS has also said their motherboard will work at 3733MHz and 3200MHz is in about the middle of their overclocking range so there is a good likelihood it will work on some RAM modules but even that is iffy in your case since it's not in their QVL. They can't, however, test every possible manufacturer's many, many models of RAM modules.

For the reasons above it's a crap shoot. When you overclock you take your chances. Whether or not someone has it working or not may not apply to the specific hardware you actually receive. Read the disclaimers.

If a memory is listed in their qvl, is it also tested in overclocked state or are they just testing it without overclocking? Also that is why i posted in this thread because i want to know if there are also someone else out there that has the same hardware as me to give me a rough idea of what my future would be if i proceed in buying and overclocking it inspite of having different outcome because "silicon lottery".

I don't know for sure but I doubt they test the overclocking because it depends on the specific modules received and the QVL is a "guaranteed to work" list. They're not going to guarantee anything that's overclocked because, by definition, it's running outside of the guaranteed specs. If it would always run at 3200MHz, it wouldn't be overclocked.

So i guess i would just proceed into buying my preferred memory modules. Its compatible with my motherboard even if it runs in overclocked or unoverclocked state I will be fine with it. Thanks.
