This auto fan speeds don't seem right

To be honest i don't think there is much you can do. I don't use AIO's for that reason. My air cooler never passes 1350 RPM and my performance probably rivals your watercooler. Not to be that guy or anything but its just crazy how much higher you have to go to get the same performance as air.

2292 rpm is very high. Not damaging or anything, but that is probably what is causing the noise. AIO watercoolers are known for being loud.

If you are determined to make this work i would suggest lowering it 1 or 200 rpm at a time until the performance isn't good enough.

Alright, i'll try that. I assume I use Afterburner to do this?

I do it in the bios myself. But i think afterburner would work
