What hardware do I need to install an ssd AND a hdd?

My hdd recently died and I've decided to go with an ssd for my OS and a hdd for everything else. I've never set it up this way and my question is:
Will I need any extra cables/power connectors?

Depends what type of SSD you are buying. If you buying a standard 2.5" SATA 3 SSD, you would need another SATA 3 data cable and a SATA power plug from your power supply. Your SATA HDD will also need a SATA 3 data cable and a SATA power plug.
