So I was replacing my motherboard (MSI Z87-G43 Gaming) and processor (Intel i5 Core) with an ASUS M5A97 R2.0 and an AMD FX 8320. Everything plugged in smoothly and correctly. I turn on my computer and monitor and then I get no signal. I have an EVGA GTX 1070 Superclocked and it worked just fine on my previous motherboard and processor. Everything is correctly aligned and everything is plugged into the correct spots. I updated the BIOS on my ASUS motherboard, I reseated my GPU, still no signal.

SET-UP
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Processor: AMD FX 8320
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 Superclocked
Power: EVGA 700 B1
Storage: WD SATA/64MB Cache 1.0TB

Solution
Try reseating the ram in a different slot, it seems to be a problem with the ram slots or the ram. But lol, who downgrades from a perfectly fine setup.

try to reset the batter, and clear the cmos through jtag 1-2 to 2-3 then wait 5 seconds, and go back to 1-2. then reboot.
