950Pro not max speed please help

Hi guys. I wondering if anyone have any idea why my Samsung NVMe 950 Pro not running max speed when I run the Performance Test in their Samsung Magician program. Any suggestions for me? Thanks!

Running on:
Maximus Hero VIII motherboard with latest firmware
Windows 10 Pro

You won't see max speeds when you are testing the drive you booted from and its not empty but you are still within 10% of advertised sequential :
Max read 2.2 GB/s read and 900MB/s write speeds
