Wi-Fi cuts randomly

I have 2 desktop PCs connected to my router via a wire and the interned on them is working perfectly fine, no interruptions or anything.

I also have a smartphone and a laptop connected wirelessly to the router. The problem with these device, the laptop and the smartphone, is that even though they do not disconnect from the router sometimes, randomly, there is no internet.

For example while loading up a game on the smartphone, the game detects that I am connected to the internet and shows the loading screen, but the game doesn't load. After a couple of seconds it shows "No internet connection" even though I am connected to the router.

Or while browsing the internet on the laptop, some of the pages keep loading, but never do. After a couple of refreshes of the page it finally loads just as fast as it does on the PC.

Long story short: Internet on the PC works perfectly, internet on the wi-fi connected devices cuts off from time to time for a short period of time, while still connected to the router.

Are you within suitable range when you are connecting wirelessly???
Have you tried disconnecting the pc ethernet wires and then connect only the with the wifi devices??? Does that make any difference???

This is the troubleshooting guide for similar issue with NetGear routers. Try finding the same for your router brand, or use the same if applicable...

Also speak to your ISP and ask them to recheck the bandwidth allocation settings per device(wired/wireless).
Also ask them to refresh the router gateway from their end.

Thank you for your reply,
Yes, I am right next to the router when connecting wirelessly.
Disconnecting the wired devices doesn't make a difference.
I found the troubleshooting guide for my router (DLink), but I had no success with any of the suggested methods.
I have also talked to my internet provider and asked to refresh the gateway. And they did, but no success here either.

Could it be because the router is a few years old now?

How old is the router???
Did you have this router before u got his connection???
Also, did you have any earthing problems with your home electricity devices???
Can you connect to the access points instantly without any delinquency???
Have you invited any ISP tech.??? And what did they say about the anomaly???

The router is probably around 5 - 6 years old.
The router was bought when I signed a contract with the internet provider for the internet connection.
It has been working fine until a few months ago when it started making those problems.
No, no earthing problems or any electricity problems whatsoever.
I did invite the tech guys, but they just looked around the router's settings and checked their wires around the building, but said that everything is fine with the internet and there isn't a reason why this should be happening.

On the laptop, on the wifi, you need to run a constant ping to the IP of your router/access point.
Howto:

This works in WinXP, Win7, Win10 etc. Go to start, then run, type in cmd to open a command prompt.

ping 192.168.1.1 -t

You will need to replace the IP address there with the IP of your router.

Howto:
http://www.howtogeek.com/233952/how-to-find-your-routers-ip-address-on-any-computer-smartphone-or-tablet/

Then whenever the internet goes off, the ping should stop. "request timed out"
If the ping keeps working, but the internet goes off, it is most likely the fault of the ISP.

There is a junction box in your vicinity from where the connection is routed to your place. Ask your ISP to check that connection properly and reassign the ports once again.
Also, was there some kind of natural calamity like heavy rain or storm, before this started???

I am running the command right now and will reply with results, as soon as the internet cuts off.
But I have a question, if it's the ISP's fault, won't that affect the wired devices as well?

The tech guys check the box and said everything was fine.
And no there was heavy rain, storm or anything like that.
But if there is heavy rain or a storm sometimes the internet does cut off, but it cuts off for the wired devices as well, not just the wireless ones.

The internet only cut off for a few seconds, but the ping kept on working although there were a few request with a ping of over 2000ms.

Ok, I did everything you said and proceeded with surfing the web. It was working normally until I clicked on a facebook image and it did not load. So the problem is still here :??:

I did that yesterday and I didn't have any problems with the internet, but today it did the same thing.
So no, that didn't work either.
