Cryorig H7 on AMD A8-6600K temps abnormally high

Hello,

I have a Cryorig H7 installed on my AMD A8-6600K processor. For some reason, my temps jump around anywhere from 45 C to 65 C when idle or doing simple tasks like web browsing. During heavy gaming, it goes from 70 to 90 C. I have reapplied the thermal paste several times doing different methods. I did the "spread method", where I spread it around with a Q tip. No changes. I did the X method. Tiny difference in temperature by maybe 2 or do C. I have three system fans- 1 intake in the front, 1 outtake in the back, and 1 outtake in the top. I opened the case side panel while it was running to see if it was an airflow issue and nothing changed. At this point I am very stumped and I don't know what is causing the over heating.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Someone asked for specs and voltages, so I'll put them here to avoid confusion for anyone else willing to help:

If you want a brief summary it is as follows:

CPU: AMD A8-6600K clocked at 3.9 GHz
Cooler: Cryorig H7
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-UP4
GPU: Asus ROG GTX 1060 OC Edition
Storage: WD 4 TB drive and Crucial MX300 525 GB SSD
PSU: Corsair CX750M
RAM: 16 GB PNY 2x8 sticks
Case: Thermaltake Core V31

I'm sorry for the horrible image quality, but here is my Voltages: https://imgur.com/gallery/aflzN7Y

I'll put down the text here in case you can't read it

CPU VCore 1.43750V Auto

NB Core 1.25000V Auto
FCH Voltage 1.100V Auto
APU PLL Voltage 2.500V Auto
APU VDD Voltage 1.200 Auto
DRAM Voltage 1.500V Auto
DRAM Termination 0.750V Auto

I have everything set to Automatic on the motherboard BIOS, no manual tuning here.

You can try asking the manufacturer or you can try to clean out any dust. Cpu's can get very high temps, I would try adding an extra fan in your computer if possible.

I hope this helps.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean here. I have downloaded AMD System Monitor, as well as AMD Overdrive, and neither gives me an estimate on my fan speed.

Odd. I used Gigabyte's System Information Viewer tool and recorded idle CPU temps for one minute. I found that the system temp was constant at 27 C and the CPU temp jumped between 19 to 28 C, usually staying in the 22 C range.

These temps are much lower than all the other tools I used (HWINFO64, HWMonitor, Speccy).

Well is this reading accurate? And if so, why would all the other tools report that it is way higher?

System Information Viewer still has the most accurate CPU temp readings that line up with the BIOS out of all of the tools.

However, while System Information Viewer reported that the temp jumped around even while idle, the BIOS reported that the CPU temp was 41-42 C, with no fluctuation whatsoever.

I did as you said and nothing has really changed. The BIOS still reports the temp as 41-42 C, and System Information Viewer still jumps the temp around.
