Is this a good build for 60fps Ultra gaming?

Looks good to me.
I'd get the SSD from the start, reinstalling windows a second time is lame.
If you for sure want to go to 1440p you may benefit from a GTX 1080, which is more capable.
But for 1080p ultra you'll get more than 60FPS in most titles.
