I am currently working on a new PC build and the computer will not boot. I have hook up my MOBO with the power supply and the new Intel CPU. The Power supply turns on and the board lights up all the case fans come on but the power supply then shuts right off. I have swapped out the MOBO and PSU thinking this might be the issue and they didn't work. It looks like maybe there is a issue with my CPU? This is a list of what im using and they are all brand new parts. Any help with this would be great.

100 series motherboards require a bios update to work with 7th gen cpus your board likely has an older bios that does not have the microcode for the cpu. Your motherboard requires a cpu that os compatible with the current bios to update the bios.

Correct this is what i have heard but even with switching out the MOBO it still has the same issue.
I tried swapping it out with this MOBO that should work with no issue.

ASUS TUF Z270 Mark 2 Motherboard

All the lights come on just like the Z170 MOBO. Yet the PSU turns on and shuts right off. But the lights still stay on until i disconnect the power.

I think you could be right no matter how much i am hoping this wasn't the issue. I have this vid of the issue this is on the first MOBO but the same thing happens with the z270 maybe this might help.

Replaced the CPU today with still the same outcome. This is starting to become a big pain in the butt. Any advice would be much appreciated.
