It was working at some point, then stopped working? If so, something must have changed in your system. The only other things I can find pertaining to tier0.DLL is possiblly trouble with your anti virus not liking the zero in the name, huh. Try disabling AV for a bit while you test if it works. Other things to try. Uninstall csgo and install it on a different drive, update video and chipset drivers.
