What is the fastest speed my motherboard will support?

I read on the website, that it goes up to 3200(O.C) what is the fastest I can run without overclocking? is that saying I can only run 3200 if I overclock, or that 3200 is overclockable? Looking to upgrade from 8gb to 16 gb. I think, i am running 1600 right now. What should I buy? and what price should I pay? I currently have ripjaws. And I use this pc for gaming, and homework. so sometimes I like to open multiple programs at once.

That is the available overclock speed of the RAM. As the spec you linked states, max non-overclocked speed is 1600. Max overclocked speed is 3200.
The question is: you want to keep the RAM you have now, or doing full swap to new ones?

That is one hell of a price tag lol. What speed do you reccommend? should I just stick with 1600?
I don't plan to overclock anything
