Toshiba laptop won't connect to wifi saying unable to connect to this network

Hello
My toshiba laptop with windows 10 won't connect to wifi and I get notification saying unable to connect to this network. I tried rebooting the router, uninstalling the wifi connection on my laptop etc but nothing has worked. After phoning my network provider I was advised to change the wifi password which worked! However after turning on the laptop again it is the same problem all over again- unable to connect to this network. Can anyone advise what could be the problem please?

Sounds like a incorrect driver or outdated driver so go to Toshiba's site and put all your Laptops info in (Not personal) Model number Operating system.
Then it should give you a series of driver downloads.
