Need to find a low-profile CPU cooler that will fit Intel core i3, Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H-A, and Apex DM-317-A case...without blocking any RAM or PCIe slots. Was going with Noctua NH-L9x65, but a few on other forums say it is likely too big for the case, or will block slots. I have not been able to find anything smaller. Any suggestions?

I always intended to replace the PSU included with the case. Buyer reviews are awful. Was going with Corsair SF Series SF450, but someone on another forum says it will not fit the case. Not sure about my second choice either (Seasonic SS-300TGW). Any suggestions for PSU? The various power supply pickers say I need minimum 300 watt, but I would like about 400 watt, and PSU must have mostly good buyer reviews.
