two things here, firstly your MOBO supports ram up to frequency 2133mhz, the ram you selected is 2400 mhz, id suggest downgrading to the 2133 to save a couple bucks as the MOBO will downclock the ram to the supported frequency. also a psu upgrade is in order, id recommend a semi-modular psu because A) they tend to be made better and B) you wont have all those messy cables lying around on the inside of the tower :) all else lookin good!
