Only one gpu working in amd hd 6990. The second one is disabled.

i5 6600 3.3 ghz
amd hd 6990 4gb
corsair vengeance lpx 2x4gb


Built a new pc and got a 6990. in catalyst it says only one gpu is working and the second one is disabled. been searching for a fix for hours and i cant find out how to enable it.

on device manager it says both gpu are working properly. its just 1 card with 2 gpu in it. in catalyst its not linking the 2nd gpu to the primary one.

i have ga-h110m-a. it only has 1 pcie for gpu. idk if it does. but for the 2nd adapter says its max bus setting is pcie 2.0x2. and the primary adapter is pcie 2.0x16
