All the fans come on, everything turn on like it's supposed to, then instantly everything shuts off. No information is sent to the monitor.

Edit:

Specs are:
MSI 2gb Twin Frozr GTX 760
Intel i3-6100 (using stock cooler)
Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Gigabyte GA-B150M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

First time builder here so it's probably my error.

The computer turns back on seconds after it turns on.

This is my first time building a computer so I'm confident that it was my error and not the components, anyone know what could cause this?

Also I counted and its more around 20 seconds if thats useful information.

Try it without the GPU connected and without the RAM installed. Of course, you won't get any display on the monitor, but it hopefully will stay on after the 20 second mark. If it does, try just 1 stick of RAM in the slot closest to the CPU.

Edit: I see your board has onboard graphics. Disconnect your GPU and connect your monitor to the motherboard's port. Also, if this is your motherboard, it only shows support for DDR4 2133 RAM (unless a later revision of the board or an updated BIOS supports DDR4 2400.
