Hey guys a friend of mines computer won't boot properly. It was working fine one night and the next day every time he tries to switch it on all it does it have the fans spin lights go on but nothing is sent to the screen and then it switches off. Then it repeats. There's no post beep or anything either.

250gb Samsung 750 evo
I really don't know what's going on we've tried clearing the cmos, testing it with just one stick of ram in different slots and still nothing. Any help is appreciated, thanks
