Overclocking 7600k question

Today I managed to get my i5 7600k stable @ 5ghz and with voltage 1,305. I am running my system with noctua nh-d14 cooler, Do you think I should stop oc at this point or try to push it a little harder? (My full load temps are around 60)

That's a great overlock! You could also definitely push it more and I'd recommend you do that until you find the highest stable clock speed with the voltage that you are happy with. I personally don't stop until my CPU becomes unstable and I can't safely bring up the core clock anymore.
