What is the best option to upgrade from Intel Pentium D 945/950 @ 3.39 GHz
1 processor, 2 cores CPU? My mother board is Hewlett-Packard 0A60h.

without being condemning of the hardware you have, though SR71 has a point; you should look into investing your hard earned monies into an upgrade else then just cpu. Meaning a new CPU, Motherboard and Ram.
