Two gtx 960s in sli are doing horribly

I just started having a problem with every game I have been playing. Where i get horrible frames like to the 1-10 range, so basically unplayable pls help

+jhew123 Just following up: Please state your full PC specs, including the brand of your graphics cards (e.g. MSI, EVGA, etc) and your power supply's manufacturer and model number. Also name 2 or 3 games that you play, along with your monitor resolution. Thanks.

He doesn't have 3 way SLI he has 2 cards in SLI. Please make sure you understand the questions before answering.
