i have a memory problem. I cannot seem to get my second socket on my gigabyte ga-b75m-hd3 to work. i have flipped sticks and tried running second socket only. nothing works. both sticks are good. do i have a bad socket or is there any way to tell?

If both sticks work individually in one socket and neither work at all in the other socket it almost has to be the motherboard.
