They sold me Nitro+ but they give me Nitro OC, what should i do?

Hi, i recently bought a RX480 4GB sapphire nitro+, instead they gave me Nitro OC. Should i keep nitro OC instead of Nitro+ (non oc)?, or should i complain and tell them to change it for a nitro+?. Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english!

Wait, are you saying that they gave you a card better then the one you paid for? If im reading this right then just keep it for sure.
  2. It`s pretty simple, is there a price difference between the two cards?

If the answer is Yes and you payed for the slightly more expensive model of card you are entitled to a like for like card Migdilu.

Once the card is back in stock from where you bought it from.

If the price is exactly the same, then I would not bother as you can probably over clock the none overclocked graphics card model you ended up with to the overclocked settings anyway of the other card.
If you got the better card then just keep it.
  3. Thanks for the quick answers!. They only sold the Nitro+ model (NON OC). The thing is that i don't know which one is better, Nitro+ should keep lower temps right?
  4. Looking with google to help you out I discovered something..

    1. there is no nitro oc
    2. the sapphire RX 4800 comes in two flavors, RX480 Nitro + and RX480 Nitro + OC. as you call them
    3. the proper name is actually Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 and Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 OC respectfully.
    4. benchmarks show the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 OC is better..
5 enjoy getting a better card for cheaper.
  5. Thanks for the answer, but there are 4 models as far as i know.

    -Nitro
    -Nitro OC
    -Nitro+
    -Nitro+ OC

this is the SKU: 11260-13-20g which belongs to a Nitro OC.
  6. wait

so you got a Sapphire Nitro RX 480 OC and paid for a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 ?
  7. Best answer
Exactly, but Nitro+ is better than Nitro, i don't know if the OC model is better than Nitro+, i think i could get nitro+ non OC and overclock it..
