Is This A "Good" Custom Gaming Low End PC Build?

So I've been going at this for a while about building my own Gaming PC and since I'm not really that good building them I haven't bought all the parts I want because I'm not so sure if this is a good build or at least able to play the games I want to play such as, Overwatch, CS:GO, H1Z1 etc.

Specs:
Case: Cooler Master 690 III Mid Tower
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 Strix
CPU: Intel Core i3 560 3.33Ghz
Motherboard: MSI B85M-G43
Memory Card: Corsair CM3X4GSD1066 4GB (1x4GB) DDR3 Sodium

Gear:
Monitor: Acer 18.5" LCD Monitor E1900HQ
Keyboard: G803 Orion Spectrum
Mouse: G502 Proteus Spectrum
Headset: Hyper X Cloud Core
Mat: Razer Goliathus

personally I would recommend you to not bother building an LGA1150 system unless you can get the parts at reduced prices.
what parts did you buy already, trying to see how committed are you to the LGA1150 mobo/cpuy and DDR3 ram ?
I would suggest swapping out your choices for something a lot newer a lot faster and that \handles hyper threading such as

CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($64.79 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($79.75 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($60.51 @ Newegg)
Total: $205.05
