Could ya'll help me with this?

Should I get Static Pressure Fans or Air Flow Fans for the intake? for the exhaust?

Should I get three 120mm fans for the front intake, or two 140mm fans?

and any recommendations which fans to buy? Don't want to spend too much; looking for deals like 2 for $20-$25

Thank you!

I own this case by myself, Have 2x140mm for the front intake, I prefer 140 over 120 because of higher airflow and less noise. You should use air flow fans in this specific case.
Price will really vary on where u from. Get this one if it possible while on sale, http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=71009&promoid=1057
If u not from US then https://www.amazon.com/Fractal-Design-Silent-Cooling-FD-FAN-SSR2-140/dp/B008YH1AV4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1486722416&sr=8-1&keywords=fractal+design+silent+series+r2
had fractal design fans for over a year, its hydraulic bearing makes fan very silent even on full speed.
Btw downside of this case, it prone to vibrating, so make sure u use rubber mounts that included with fan!
