Can i free up space on iPhone ?

I want to free up space on iPhone by delete some iPhone data , but i know , simple deleteing is not enought ,thses data can be recovered on iPhone , in this situation ,what should i do ?

By iPhone data? I'm assuming your relating Photos/Videos & Music.

Depending on the iPhone you have you have a few options.
Option 1. Back up iPhone's data on to desktop (Drag Photos/Videos to folder on PC to save)
Option 2. Depending on the iPhone if it's the newer iphone 5 - 5s - 6 7 etc you can use the lighting to USB flash drive. (You can store your data to it the normal way of flash drives.
Option 3. Apple sells iCloud storage for fairly inexpensive prices, but can be very expensive depending on budget.
Option 4. Using Google Photos - You're able to back up photos & videos and than delete them from your iPhone locally while having them stored in the cloud
