Dear Readers,

I have been upgrading my graphics card from a "MSI GTX 960 2GB" to a "Asus Dual GTX1060 oc 6Gb".
Now i am having issues with stuttering in all my games.
My drivers are up to date and i have done a clean install of windows 10.
Is this stuttering an result of bottle-necking from my CPU or MOBO?

My system is as below:
Intel i5 4690 3,5Ghz
Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 3
Crucial ballistix sport 16Gb DDR3-1600
Asus Dual GTX1060 oc 6GB
600Watt Cooler master
Windows 10

Please help

There shouldn't be any stutter.
That's not how bottlenecks work.
If it went fine with the 960 you should get at least the same experience with the 1070 (although lots better)

Open up your case and make sure everything is fitted correctly might be a slightly lose RAM or PCIe card.
