This App Cant Run On Your PC

My friend borrow my hard disk, and when he give it back all my games on my hard disk can't run, when i try to run the game it say "This App Can't Run On Your PC" i don't know how to fix it please help.

I have windows 10 64-bit.

It sounds like your friend might have corrupted your hard drive. Of course here in America it would be illegal to loan out a hard drive full of copyrighted games and software, but where you live it might be legal. Legal or not, it is never a good idea.
