Solution
Get a aftermarket cooler and thermal compound. AIO water cooling, air cooling, doesn't matter, as long as it's a big cooler with preferably two fans. Thermaltake, Noctua, Cryorig, look for something big and get the Arctic Silver Mx5 thermal paste.

Running dota on highest possible settings, i get 60-80 fps, cpu is at 70-80C abt 50-60% load. the max it got to was 88 but only for a few seconds. it crashed after 30 min into the game. is it overheating ? and gpu is at 60C-65C at 20-30% load

UPDATE : So i ran stability test for 1 min on amd overdrive and same problem. so it definitely is cpu overheating.
what fix do u suggest??
