Can i run this game on medium?

the answer is not really, I run it on a Duocore2 quad Q8300 with 8gb ram and a HD7770 video card and that barely runs it at 60fps, your pc barely has enough ram to run windows , never mind run a game over it.

Are you serious? I mean the cod 4 title,not the remastered!I will never be able to run mwr!

yes cod modern warfare , cd install not remastered, the specs on it are not that high. most of the work is done with the HD7770 anyways
