Hi, I need help choosing a graphics card for heavy photoediting & CAD work, and I'm overwhelmed by the choices.
I finally settled on the GTX 1080 and then discovered that there were over 30 different versions, so I was again, over whelmeand then doubting my choice. I chose that one on the basis of benchmarks and budget.
My budget is under $800. It will go into a Dell 7910, 128GB Ram, Processor is E52630V3 and is running Windows 7 Ultimate.
Sooooo, is the GTX 1080 a good choice? If so, which version?
