hi guys ! is the i5 3340 with 3.1ghz to 3.3ghz still a good CPU ? and what is the best and the most powerful GPU for it ?

It depends on what games you'll want to play. You'll definitely need to upgrade the memory and the best graphics card for that build would be a gtx 1050ti.
