No signal from GPU after overclocking

I tried overclocking my msi r9 390 using Msi's Afterburner, and when I opened 3d mark to test it my pc suddenly turned off. And when I turned it on I can see everything turns on but the monitor does not receive any signal.
I tried the integrated cpu graphics and it works fine.

Specs
Intel i7 4790k
Msi radeon r9 390
Evga 750w bronze 80 plus

I guess u fried it. Cant really think of something else based on what u said. If all you did was opened a software which caused your pc to shut down.
But you could try to check your pcie cables. Did you check with igpu by removing the card or changing source to igpu in BIOS?
