Best-buy PC configuration for about 300-350 euros? PLEASE HELP

I need help with making a new PC for about 300 euros.
I was wondering if I could get that price range and configuration with a GPU: AMD RX460 2GB DDR5?

Hi Anix, if you are working with a 300 euro budget I would suggest taking to eBay and going second hand. I've build a few machines this way on a tight budget. You can pickup H61 boards and Ivy Bridge i5's pretty damn cheaply second hand. 8gb DDR3 1333 or 1600 would suffice. The only thing I would recommend buying new would be the power supply. Don't go too budget look maybe at something like the Corsair builder series or the EVGA W1 430w. Then GPU wise you can pickup stuff like GTX 770's for about 80 euro second hand.

You can build a new machine for 300 euro you just won't be able to play games with it.
