Are my gaming components compatible

Solution

You also do not need this:

TP-Link 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit PCI Network Adapter/Card, Includes Low-profile Bracket (TG-3269)

as according to this:
http://ark.intel.com/products/50244/Intel-Desktop-Board-DP67BG#@ordering
That is also integrated on the motherboard.

Looks fine. Id suggest going to pcpartpicker.com and create a system. It will tell you if its compatible or not.

Aside from using 7 year old tech (LGA1155), and the fact that you are getting ram that is NOT part of a matched set, you should be fine. Getting unmatched ram, even if the same make/model/brand, to work is problematical at best and impossible at worst. The sell them in matched sets for a reason.

May I ask why you want the old tech for a motherboard, CPU and ram? The old tech is what we refer to as a legacy system. You would probably need to flasj the BIOS on the motherboard, as legacy systems need the lash in order to support the GTX10xx series of video cards.

I didn't know it was a dedicated sound card and what do you mean by "NIC"?

Network
Interface
Card
it allows you to connect to networks via ethernet connections. Most motherboards include the ethernet connectors by default.

I plugged your details into pcpartpicker.com and there are issue;

Rosewill TYRFING ATX Mid Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the Intel DP67BGB3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers.
Some Intel P67 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Ivy Bridge CPUs.

Most MB network connection is 10/100/1000 which is faster than your 300mb connection. You do NOT need a NIC.

You really do not need this:

IO Crest 5.1 Channel PCIe X1 Sound Card Sound Cards SI-PEX63096

The audio that comes standard on your motherboard is quite suitable for gaming, even at 5.1 channel sound.
