advices for new pc build

My english isnt very good so i am going to be very fast! :)

gpu gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb
cpu intel i5-7500
motherboard asus rog strix h270f gaming
ssd samsung 850 evo 250 gb
hdd western digital black 1tb
memory corsair vengeance cpx 16gb ddr4 (2x8)
case corsair carbide spec alpha
cpu cooler corsair hydro h60
psu corsair rmx series 550w

do i need cpu cooler? the psu is good? any advice? ideas?? i am going to use for gaming in a full hd monitor

1. No, you don't 'need' a CPU cooler. The stock one is sufficient. An aftermaerket cooler should keep it a little cooler though.

2. The PSU is decent, yes. You can usually do better at the pricepoint though.

General advice/ideas:
What's your budget & location? Probably some changes I would make, but it'll depend on your locale. Prices/availability differ dramatically.

first of all my country is Greece and my budget was something around 1000+ € but not any more.... :p i am searching again for the corect parts around 700-800 € i am going to use it just for gaming... strategy (so a good cpu is required i think) shooters, rpg, (a good gpu for this :) ) in a few words any game.... old and new! i am going to play in my (already bought) full hd philips monitor. thanks for the help!
