Currently my second SSD don't seem to work when I'm in the install windows 7 setup. The weird part is that I have a second SSD but it works and I just installed windows 7 on it and am using it right now. However there is nothing wrong with the other SSD that's not reading the mouse+keyboard, it works perfectly fine when I'm inserting it into the previous build.

Anyone have any idea what might be problem here?

Hmm, well since you can access the SSD, use its software to check if there's a firmware update for it and apply it. If that doesn't fix it use the Secure Erase option that its software should have, with this you'll be basically resetting more than formatting your SSD and that should fix any current issue it has.

It is. Everything is enabled I'm sure, this is why my other SSD was able to make it through. However my main SSD is having issues for some unknown reason.

Then it's causing a total freeze causing the whole system unresponsive. Connect both SSDs and boot from the one that's already working, see if you can reach to windows, then use some software like AIDA64 to see the SMART data on that SSD to find out if it has any errors.

With TRIM enabled windows should automatically fix it while you're on the desktop.

Thanks! I'll give that a shot.

Strange, everything seems to have a "pass" check marked. Still only the SSD that I want to install all of my programs into can't seem to get past the windows 7 installation area. The moment the screen pops up, all my and keyboard functions freezes.
