Solution
Since it's a Huntkey 180W PSU where the +12V rail is only rated at 14 Amps the graphics card most likely won't work when running at full load.

Any GPU that wants 400 Watts will require at least two 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. No single current generation card draws anywhere near that amount of power. You need to know the difference between graphics card power draw and system power draw. It's most likely that you're talking about system power requirement.

what gpu is it?

the psu, if it is the original one, it will not give enough power and when you play games, the sytem will restart or the psu can go boom! or just shutdown

hopefully not boom

better replace the psu and add the gpu you mention
