My pc refuses to boot into windows above the frequency stated above, even after bumping up the voltage 1 to 2 clicks on the offset. My pc used to run at @124mhz for the bclk stable without any crashes, untill I installed an ssd to replace my hdd that died. I should`ve been able to boot to at least 110 and still be able to get into windows and use it, without changing any voltages. Does anybody have an idea to what is going on?
