I'm building a computer for a friend of mine and the motherboard won't power on. Everything is plugged in correctly and mounted correctly. I even tried breadboxing to eliminate the possibility of it being mounted wrong. I've tried all the ram chips in all the slots, pulling the video card, clearing CMOS, switching to a processor that I know works, testing the PSU. Nothing has helped. My specs are as follows:
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FX-gaming
CPU: AMD FX 9590
RAM: GSkill Ripjaws 8gb
Video: Gigabyte GTX 1070
PSU: Sama Armor 750w
Case: DeepCool Genome 2
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 5tb
The power button on the motherboard lights up and the power supply fan spins when tested. I'm at the end of my knowledge on this. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
