I have finished my first pc build, but the only problem is that the display isn't showing up. My gpu's fans are spinning and everything is plugged in correctly. I'm using an HDMI cable on a TV. My gpu is an Nvidia gtx 650 ti. And my psu is the evga 650w gq 80+ gold. Any help would be appreciated.

Try a different cable and monitor if you can, that's a very broad problem and you need to problem solved down to eliminate possible issues.
Did you use an antistatic wrist band or ground yourself often? Did you assemble on carpet?
