Camera no sound??

So, I have a HDR-CX405 camera. I record a video, then I watch it in the camera. There is video and there is sound. I drag the video onto my pc, again Video is good the sound is good. Now this is where my problem is.. I bring the video file that has video and sound when I open it, but when I bring it into Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, it's just video no sound. Any ideas? Thank You!!

Your camera supports multiple codecs, which one are you using? It might be one which your version of Adobe Premiere has issues with. Also to rule out operator error, download a different video with sound and make sure you can see that in Premiere.
